Arjuna’s Hitting of the Target at the Svayaṃvara
स चक्रे तात लोकानां विनाशाय महामना: । सर्वेषामेव कार्त्स्न्येन मन: प्रवणमात्मन:,वत्स पराशर! उन महामना मुनिने समस्त लोकोंका पूर्णरूपसे विनाश करनेकी ओर अपना मन लगाया
sa cakre tāta lokānāṁ vināśāya mahāmanāḥ | sarveṣām eva kārtsnyena manaḥ pravaṇam ātmanaḥ | vatsa parāśara |
ヴァシシュタは言った。「愛しき子よ、その大いなる魂は諸世界の滅亡へと志を定めた。自らの心は余すところなく—一切を残さず—万有の破滅へと傾き、普遍の荒廃を決意したのだ、パラーシャラよ。」
