भीमस्य जलान्वेषणं तथा वनविश्रान्तिः
Bhīma’s Search for Water and the Forest Halt
माद्रेयौ चक्ररक्षौ तु फाल्गुनश्व॒ तदाकरोत् सेनाग्रगो भीमसेन: सदाभूद् गदया सह
mādreyau cakrarakṣau tu phālgunaś tadākarot | senāgrago bhīmasenaḥ sadābhūd gadayā saha ||
そのときパールグナ（アルジュナ）は、マードリーの二子ナクラとサハデーヴァを、自らの戦車の車輪を守る者に任じた。ビーマセーナは、常に棍棒を手に、軍の先頭を進んだ。
