Droṇa’s Ācārya-Dakṣiṇā: Capture of Drupada and Division of Pāñcāla (द्रोण-आचार्यदक्षिणा)

क्रीडावसाने ते सर्वे शुचिवस्त्रा: स्वलंकृता: । दिवसान्ते परिश्रान्ता विहृत्य च कुरूद्वहा:

krīḍāvasāne te sarve śucivastrāḥ sv-alaṅkṛtāḥ | divasānte pariśrāntā vihṛtya ca kurūdvahāḥ |

ヴァイシャンパーヤナは語った。水遊びと戯れが終わると、日の暮れに、遊び疲れたクル族随一の勇士たちは、清らかな衣をまとい、麗しい飾りを身につけ、歓楽の楼閣にそのまま夜を過ごそうと心を定めた。だが剛力のビーマセーナは、その時とりわけ、他よりも激しく身を働かせたため、ひどく疲れ切っていた。
