Droṇa’s Ācārya-Dakṣiṇā: Capture of Drupada and Division of Pāñcāla (द्रोण-आचार्यदक्षिणा)
अम्बिके तव पौत्रस्य दुर्नयात् किल भारता: । सानुबन्धा विनडृशक्ष्यन्ति पौराश्चैवेति नः श्रुतम्
ambike tava pautrasya durnayāt kila bhāratāḥ | sānubandhā vinaḍṛśakṣyanti paurāś caiveti naḥ śrutam ||
ヴァイシャンパーヤナは言った。「おおアンビカーよ、そなたの孫の不義の振る舞いゆえに、バーラタ族は—親族や従属する者どもとともに—滅び、さらにこの都の民もまた滅びると伝えられている。これが私の聞いたところだ。」
