yad yad vibhūtimat sattvaṃ śrīmadūrjitameva vā tattadviddhi gaṇādhyakṣa mama tejovijṛmbhitam
Shiva (within Suta’s narration)
It trains the devotee to perceive every form of greatness—prosperity, strength, and brilliance—as Shiva’s vibhūti, reinforcing Linga-puja as worship of the one Pati whose radiance manifests through all.
Shiva-tattva is presented as the supreme source (Pati) whose tejas unfolds as all excellence in the cosmos; the many powers seen in beings are not independent, but participations in His radiance.
The key practice is bhāvanā (contemplative recognition): in Pāśupata-oriented devotion, one mentally offers all perceived vibhūti back to Shiva, dissolving pasha-like possessiveness and egoic doership.
