4 states of mind adhodṛṣṭyā vitastyāṃ tu nābhyāmuparitiṣṭhati hṛdayaṃ tadvijānīyād viśvasyāyatanaṃ mahat
視線を下に向け、臍の上およそ一拃に住する「心(ハृदय)」を知れ。その心は宇宙の大いなる住処と悟るべきである—散乱という縛(パーシャ)が鎮まりしとき、パシュ(個我)の内にパティ(シヴァ)が実現される。
