अस्नात्वा न च भुञ्जीयाद् अजपो ऽग्निमपूज्य च पर्णपृष्ठे न भुञ्जीयाद् रात्रौ दीपं विना तथा
asnātvā na ca bhuñjīyād ajapo 'gnimapūjya ca parṇapṛṣṭhe na bhuñjīyād rātrau dīpaṃ vinā tathā
沐浴せずして食すべからず。ジャパ(japa)を唱えず、また聖火アグニ(Agni)を先に礼拝せずしても食すべからず。葉の皿の上で食してはならず、夜は灯火なくして食してはならない。これぞ正しき行いの規律である。
