कामतो ऽपि कृतं पापं भ्रूणहत्यादिकं च यत् तत्सर्वं शूलदानेन भिन्द्यान्नारी न संशयः

Transliteration

kāmato 'pi kṛtaṃ pāpaṃ bhrūṇahatyādikaṃ ca yat tatsarvaṃ śūladānena bhindyānnārī na saṃśayaḥ

Translation

たとえ故意に犯した罪であっても、胎児殺しのような重罪でさえ、シヴァの三叉戟シュ―ラ（Śūla）を施す功徳によってことごとく打ち砕かれる。この布施を行う女人はその罪障を破る—疑いはない。
