पृथिवीं पादमूलात्तु गुह्यदेशाज्जलं तथा नाभिदेशात् तथा वह्निं हृदयाद्भास्करं तथा

Transliteration

pṛthivīṃ pādamūlāttu guhyadeśājjalaṃ tathā nābhideśāt tathā vahniṃ hṛdayādbhāskaraṃ tathā

Translation

足の裏より地の原理を安置して観想し、秘所より水の原理を、臍の領域より火の原理を、そして心より太陽の輝きを観想する—かくして身中に元素の力を配し、シヴァ礼拝に供する。
