होतारेणाथ शिरसा अथर्वेण शुभेन च शान्त्या चाथ पुनः शान्त्या भारुण्डेनारुणेन च
Transliteration
hotāreṇātha śirasā atharveṇa śubhena ca śāntyā cātha punaḥ śāntyā bhāruṇḍenāruṇena ca
Translation
次いで礼拝者は、ホートリ（招請の祭官）により、シラス讃歌により、清浄なるアタルヴァの真言により、また吉祥なる鎮静法（シャーンティ）によって—重ねてシャーンティを修し—さらに護持の誦としてバールンダとアルナを合わせ、障碍を除き、シヴァ礼拝のための安寧を確立すべきである。
