लिङ्गार्चनपूर्वकं स्नानाचमनविधिः

Snana–Achamana as Preparation for Linga-Archana

शृङ्गेण पर्णपुटकैः पालाशैः क्षालितैस् तथा सकुशेन सपुष्पेण जलेनैवाभिषेचयेत्

śṛṅgeṇa parṇapuṭakaiḥ pālāśaiḥ kṣālitais tathā sakuśena sapuṣpeṇa jalenaivābhiṣecayet

角を注器として用い、洗い清めたパラーシャ(Palāśa)の葉杯によって浄められ、クシャ草(kuśa)と花を添えた水で、リンガにアビシェーカ(灌頂沐浴)を行うべきである。かくして信者は、規律あるシヴァ派の礼拝によりパティを儀礼的に沐浴し、パシュ(paśu)を縛るパーシャ(pāśa)の結び目をゆるめる。
