caturlakṣeṇa saṃkṣipte kṛṣṇadvaipāyanena tu atraikādaśasāhasraiḥ kathito liṅgasambhavaḥ

四十万偈の大著がクリシュナ・ドヴァイパーヤナ（ヴャーサ）によって要約されたとき、リンガの起源の物語はここに一万一千偈として説き示された。
