FAQs

It frames Linga-worship as inner worship (antar-yāga): establishing Maheśvara in the heart through prāṇāyāma and dhyāna, not merely external ritual.

Shiva is presented as Pati (Īśvara), the indwelling Lord who is realized by surrender (prapatti) when the mind becomes steady and absorbed in meditation.

Prāṇāyāma leading into dhyāna—breath-discipline used to stabilize awareness so the sādhaka can internalize Shiva and take refuge in Him, aligning with Pāśupata-oriented yoga.
