ततश्चरेत नियमात् कृच्छ्रं संयतमानसः / पुनराश्रममागम्य चरेद् भिश्रुरतन्द्रितः

tataścareta niyamāt kṛcchraṃ saṃyatamānasaḥ / punarāśramamāgamya cared bhiśruratandritaḥ

それから心を制し、規定に従ってクリッチャラの苦行を行うべきである。のちに自らのアーシュラマ(生の段階と戒律)へ帰り、敬虔に、自己を律し、怠ることなく生き続けよ。
