Lord Rāmacandra’s Charity, Sītā’s Departure, and the Lord’s Return to Vaikuṇṭha
namo brahmaṇya-devāya rāmāyākuṇṭha-medhase uttamaśloka-dhuryāya nyasta-daṇḍārpitāṅghraye
This verse teaches that Lord Rāma is the supreme refuge for those who abandon violence and fully surrender—His lotus feet are the shelter of the surrendered.
Because Lord Rāma upholds Vedic dharma and protects the brāhmaṇas, who preserve spiritual knowledge and righteous conduct.
By practicing self-restraint, non-harm in speech and action, and choosing surrender to God over ego-driven conflict—making devotion the center of one’s decisions.
