Transliteration

kāla-sroto-javenāśu hriyamāṇasya nityadā pariṇāminām avasthās tā janma-pralaya-hetavaḥ

Translation

時の激流の速さによって、変化する一切は常にたちまち摩滅してゆく。その存在の諸段階こそが、生起と滅尽の不断の因となる。
