Sukta 114
मेदस्वता यजमानाः स्रुचाज्यानि जुह्वतः । अकामा विश्वे वो देवाः शिक्षन्तो नोप शेकिम
médasvatā yajámānāḥ srúcā́jyā́ni juhvátáḥ | akāmā́ víśve vo devā́ḥ śíkṣanto nópa śekím
Though rich in unction, we sacrificers, pouring ghee with the ladle, have not, O all ye Gods, duly served you—whether without right intent; therefore, correcting us, do ye release (the fault’s bond).
我ら祭主（yajamāna）は、豊かな酥（そ）を備え、柄杓（sruc）にてギーを注ぎ供火（juhvati）しつつも、あらゆる神々よ、正しく汝らに仕え得なかった——あるいは正しき意図なく、望みなきままに。ゆえに我らを正しつつ、その過失の縛りを解き放て。
