Sukta 103
sáṃ paramā́nt sám-avamā́n átho sáṃ dyā́mi madhyamā́n | índras tā́n páry-ahār dā́mnā tā́n agne sáṃ dyā́ tvám
The highest I bind together, together the lowest; yea, together I bind the middle. Indra hath smitten them round about with a cord; those, O Agni, do thou bind fast together.
Rishi: Atharvanic/Angirasa tradition (hymn-type; specific ṛṣi attribution varies by anukramaṇī)
Devata: Indra and Agni (as binders/subduers of foes)
Chandas: Anuṣṭubh (probable; common for such coercive charms)
{"primary_rasa":"vira","secondary_rasa":"raudra","emotional_arc":"From totalizing bind (all ranks) to aggressive encirclement to final fastening command.","listener_experience":"Martial confidence; sense of enemies being trapped.","intensity":8}
