मन्त्री चैषां वृत्तिकर्मभ्यां वियतेत ॥ कZ_०१.११.२० ॥

Transliteration

mantrī caiṣāṃ vṛttikarmabhyāṃ viyateta

Translation

そして大臣は、彼らの扶持（給与・支援）と彼らの作戦任務の双方から切り離しておくべきである。
