तुल्यदेशकालानां युग्यशस्त्रावरणतो विशेषः ॥ कZ_०७.१५.०८ ॥
Transliteration
tulyadeśakālānāṃ yugyaśastrāvaraṇato viśeṣaḥ
Translation
領土と季節が同等である場合、優劣は兵站（輓具・輸送）の適性、武器、そして防護具／甲冑によって決まる。
