स्वभूम्यवस्थितप्रकृतिसंधिमुपघातमपसृतेषु वा सर्वमनुज्ञातः कुर्वीत ॥ कZ_०७.१५.२३ ॥
Transliteration
svabhūmy-avasthita-prakṛti-saṃdhiṃ upaghātaṃ apasṛteṣu vā sarvam anujñātaḥ kurvīta
Translation
許可があるなら、彼はあらゆる手段を講じるべきである—自国領内にある敵の同盟関係と内部の支えを攪乱するため、または（それらが離れ去ったなら）彼らのいる場所がどこであれ打撃を加えるために。
