乞食および遊行の修行者(vaidehaka)、酩酊者または精神錯乱者、暴力により強制された者、災厄時に入った者、ならびに極めて近接していたために入った者(誤入・やむを得ない場合)は処罰しない——ただし立入りが明示的に禁止されていた場合を除く。
