जातिविशिष्टामकामामपत्यवतीं निष्क्रयेण दद्यात् ॥ कZ_०४.१२.३७ ॥

Transliteration

jātiviśiṣṭām akāmām apatyavatīṃ niṣkrayeṇa dadyāt

Translation

彼女が高い身分の集団に属する、同意しない、またはすでに子がいる場合、適切な身代金／補償（niṣkraya）を受け取って引き渡すべきである。
