स चेद् राजार्थमुपनयत्यल्पापराधे वारयितव्यः महति यथापराधं दण्डयितव्यः ॥ कZ_०२.९.१६ ॥

Transliteration

sa ced rājārtham upanayaty alpāparādhe vārayitavyaḥ mahati yathāparādhaṃ daṇḍayitavyaḥ

Translation

もし彼が（過剰徴収分を）王の勘定に入れるのであれば、軽い違反なら制止／戒告し、重い違反なら違反の程度に応じて処罰すべきである。
