तत्र रत्नोपधाव् उत्तमो दण्डः कर्तुः कारयितुश्च सारोपधौ मध्यमः फल्गुकुप्योपधौ तच्च तावच्च दण्डः ॥ कZ_०२.५.०९ ॥

Transliteration

tatra ratnopadhāv uttamo daṇḍaḥ kartuḥ kārayituś ca; sāropadhau madhyamaḥ; phalgukupyopadhau tacca tāvacca daṇḍaḥ.

Translation

すり替え／混入による不正の場合、宝石については最高額の罰金を科す（実行者と実行させた者の双方に）。主要な貴重品については中位の罰金。雑貨および下等品については、その価値とその程度に応じた罰金とする。
