Transliteration

pravīre vāstuni rājaniveśaś cāturvarṇyasamājīve

Translation

敷地の最も重要な／中心の場所（pravīra vāstu）に王の居所を設け、四つの社会身分（cāturvarṇya）の生計組織も併せて整えるべきである。
