तेषामन्यतमस्यानयने बहिरेवोच्छुल्को विक्रयः ॥ कZ_०२.२१.२३ ॥

Transliteration

teṣām anyatamasya ānayane bahir eva occhulko vikrayaḥ

Translation

それら（制限品）のいずれかが持ち込まれた場合、その販売は（国境／関所）の外でのみ行われ、関税は免除される。
