तस्मादमात्यसम्पदोपेतः सर्वसमयविदाशुग्रन्थश्चार्वक्षरो लेखनवाचनसमर्थो लेखकः स्यात् ॥ कZ_०२.१०.०३ ॥
Transliteration
tasmād amātyasampadopetaḥ sarvasamayavid āśugranthaś cārvakṣaro lekhanavācanasamartho lekhakaḥ syāt
Translation
それゆえ王の書記は、大臣にふさわしい資質を備え、あらゆる場面（作法と状況）に通じ、迅速に筆記でき、字形が明瞭で端正であり、書くことと朗読することの双方に熟達していなければならない。
