अन्तेष्वन्तपालदुर्गाणि जनपदद्वाराण्यन्तपालाधिष्ठितानि स्थापयेत् ॥ कZ_०२.०१.०५ ॥

Transliteration

anteṣv antapāladurgāṇi janapadadvārāṇy antapālādhiṣṭhitāni sthāpayet

Translation

国境には、辺境守備の要塞—郷土への門—を設け、辺境官（antapāla）の権限下に置くべきである。
