ध्यायेज्जपेच्च सततमोङ्कारं परमक्षरं मनःस्थित्यर्थमिच्छान्ति स्थूलध्यानमनुक्रमात्

dhyāyejjapecca satatamoṅkāraṃ paramakṣaraṃ manaḥsthityarthamicchānti sthūladhyānamanukramāt

オーンカーラ、すなわち至上にして不滅の音節を、常に観想し、またジャパとして誦すべし。心の安定を求める者は、粗大(所縁を伴う)観想から順次に修してゆく。
