होमं त्रिषवणं भैक्ष्यमनग्निज्वलनञ्चरेत् अतः परमृचः सप्त वाय्वाद्या याः प्रकीर्तिताः

homaṃ triṣavaṇaṃ bhaikṣyamanagnijvalanañcaret ataḥ paramṛcaḥ sapta vāyvādyā yāḥ prakīrtitāḥ

三つの毎日儀礼の時にホーマ(火供)を修し、托鉢により生活し、(目に見える)火なくして火を点ずる行を修めよ。その後、教示されたヴァーユ神に始まる七つのṚk頌を誦すべきである。
