लक्षं जपेन्मस्तकान्तं स्कन्धान्तं वर्णमालिकां अकारादिक्षकारान्तां विशन्तीं मानवत् स्मरेत्

文字の花鬘を十万回ジャパし、頭頂から肩の端までを観想せよ。‘a’に始まり‘kṣa’に終わるその連なりを、人の形のごとく身内へと入りゆくものとして憶念する。
