The Root-Mantra of Tvaritā
Tvaritā-mūla-mantra
dyūte reṇe ca jayadā śakrasainye na saṃśayaḥ bandhyānāṃ putradā hy eṣā cintāmaṇirivāparā

Related Themes: Agni Purana 311 (Protective charms and siddhi-prayogas)
It states the siddhi (practical result) of a specific devī/vidyā/mantra-prayoga: victory in gambling and battle, triumph even over Śakra’s forces, and the granting of offspring to infertile women.
Beyond theology, it records applied mantra-technology (prayoga-śāstra): worldly aims like success in contests and war, alongside family/lineage aims like progeny—showing the text’s wide coverage of pragmatic ritual outcomes.
It frames mantra/śakti as a wish-fulfilling power (cintāmaṇi-like), implying that disciplined ritual recourse to sacred power can remove obstacles (defeat, infertility) and produce auspicious, dharmically valued results such as progeny.
