आदिवीजं न्यसेन्मन्त्री तर्जन्यादि पुनः पुनः ऊर्धं सोममधः पद्मं शरीरं वीजविग्रहं

ādivījaṃ nyasenmantrī tarjanyādi punaḥ punaḥ ūrdhaṃ somamadhaḥ padmaṃ śarīraṃ vījavigrahaṃ

真言行者は、食指をはじめ諸指において原初のビージャを繰り返しニヤーサとして安置すべきである。さらに、上に月輪、下に蓮華を観じ、身体そのものをビージャ(種子真言)の具現した形体として観想せよ。
