कुन्ती चैव तु माद्री च द्वे भायें तु पितुर्मम । उभे सपुत्रे स्थातां वै इति मे धीयते मति:,मेरे पिताके कुन्ती और माद्री नामकी दो भार्याएँ रहीं। वे दोनों ही पुत्रवती बनी रहें, ऐसा मेरा विचार है
Transliteration
kuntī caiva tu mādrī ca dve bhārye tu pitur mama | ubhe saputre sthātāṃ vai iti me dhīyate matiḥ ||
Translation
Yudhiṣṭhira said: “My father had two wives—Kuntī and Mādrī. It is my settled conviction that both of them should remain blessed with sons.”
