तस्माद्‌ बलवता चैव दुर्बलेन च नित्यदा । क्षन्तव्यं पुरुषेणाहुरापत्स्वपि विजानता,इसलिये बलवान्‌ या निर्बल सभी विज्ञ मनुष्योंको सदा आपत्तिकालमें भी क्षमाभावका ही आश्रय लेना चाहिये

tasmād balavatā caiva durbalena ca nityadā | kṣantavyaṃ puruṣeṇāhur āpatsu api vijānatā ||

Therefore, whether one is strong or weak, a discerning person should always practice forbearance; even in times of calamity, the wise declare that one ought to choose the path of forgiveness.
