Shloka 43

रामस्य पम्पातीरगमनम्, सुग्रीवसख्यं, वालिवधः, सीतारक्षणवृत्तान्तश्च

Rāma at Pampā; alliance with Sugrīva; Vālin’s fall; Sītā’s guarded captivity

न भयं विद्यते तस्मादृषे्दुर्वाससो 5ल्‍्पकम्‌ | तेजसा भवतां भीत: पूर्वमेव पलायित:

na bhayaṁ vidyate tasmād ṛṣe durvāsaso 'lpakam | tejasā bhavatāṁ bhītaḥ pūrvam eva palāyitaḥ ||

“Therefore, O sage, there is no cause for even the slightest fear of Durvāsā. Overawed by the spiritual radiance of you all, he became frightened and fled at once beforehand.”
