इन्द्रद्युम्नोपाख्यानम्

Indradyumna Upākhyāna: On Kīrti, Smṛti, and Restoration

पुत्र:पितृवरध॑ कृत्वा पिता पुत्रवधं तथा । निरुद्धेगो बृहद्वादी न निन्दामुपलप्स्यते,पुत्र पिताका और पिता पुत्रका वध करके भी उद्विग्न नहीं होंगे। अपनी प्रशंसाके लिये लोग बड़ी-बड़ी बातें बनायेंगे, किंतु समाजमें उनकी निन्‍्दा नहीं होगी

putraḥ pitṛ-vadhaṁ kṛtvā pitā putra-vadhaṁ tathā | nirudvego bṛhad-vādī na nindām upalapsyate ||

Mārkaṇḍeya said: “A son, even after killing his father, and a father likewise after killing his son, will not be shaken with remorse. Speaking grandly in self-praise, such people will still not incur public censure.”
