इन्द्रद्युम्नोपाख्यानम्
Indradyumna Upākhyāna: On Kīrti, Smṛti, and Restoration
म्लेच्छभूतं जगत् सर्व निष्क्रियं यज्ञवर्जितम् । भविष्यति निरानन्दमनुत्सवमथो तथा,सारा संसार म्लेच्छोंकी भाँति शुभ कर्म और यज्ञ-यागादि छोड़ देगा तथा आनन्दशून्य और उत्सवरहित हो जायगा
Mlecchabhūtaṃ jagat sarvaṃ niṣkriyaṃ yajñavarjitam | Bhaviṣyati nirānandam anutsavam atho tathā ||
Mārkaṇḍeya said: “The whole world will become like the mlecchas—bereft of sacred order—falling into inactivity and abandoning sacrifice. It will turn joyless and without festivals as well.”
