Bhāgīratha’s Tapas and the Petition to Gaṅgā (गङ्गावतरण-प्रसङ्गः)

एकैकशस्तत: कृत्वा बीजं बीज॑ नराधिप: । घृतपूर्णेषु कुम्भेषु तान्‌ भागान्‌ विदधे ततः,नरेशने एक-एक बीजको अलग करके उन सबको घीसे भरे हुए घड़ोंमें रखा

ekaikaśas tataḥ kṛtvā bījaṁ bījam narādhipaḥ | ghṛtapūrṇeṣu kumbheṣu tān bhāgān vidadhe tataḥ ||

Then the king, separating each seed one by one, carefully apportioned them and placed those portions into pots filled with ghee—an act of deliberate preservation and orderly distribution, reflecting prudent foresight and disciplined management of resources.
