Shloka 23

द्रोणानीकाभिमुखगमनम्

Abhimanyu advances toward Droṇa’s host

सकृद्‌ भिन्न त्वया व्यूहं तत्र तत्र पुन: पुनः । वयं प्रध्वंसयिष्यामो निघ्नमाना वरान्‌ वरान्‌,तुम जहाँ-जहाँ एक बार भी व्यूह तोड़ दोगे, वहाँ-वहाँ हमलोग मुख्य-मुख्य योद्धाओंका वध करके उस व्यूहको बारंबार नष्ट करते रहेंगे

sakṛd bhinnaṃ tvayā vyūhaṃ tatra tatra punaḥ punaḥ | vayaṃ pradhvaṃsayiṣyāmo nighnamānā varān varān ||

Bhima said: “Wherever you once break through the battle-formation, there and again and again we shall shatter it—cutting down the foremost champions as we go.”
