गमनं रोचते महां यत्र यातौ महारथौ । “इस समय जो कर्तव्य प्राप्त है, उसपर मैंने अनेक प्रकारसे प्रबल विचार कर लिया है। जहाँ महारथी अर्जुन और सात्यकि गये हैं, वहीं धनुर्धर वीर पाण्डुनन्दन भीमसेनको भी जाना चाहिये--यही मुझे ठीक जँचता है

gamanaṃ rocate mahāṃ yatra yātau mahārathau |
