पदवीं प्रेषयिष्यामि माधवस्य महात्मन: । “मुझे लोकनिन्दासे बड़ा भय मालूम होता है। अतः कुन्तीनन्दन भीमसेनको मैं महामनस्वी सात्यकिका पता लगानेके लिये भेजूँगा

Transliteration

padavīṁ preṣayiṣyāmi mādhavasya mahātmanaḥ |

Translation

Sañjaya said: “I shall dispatch scouts to trace the path and whereabouts of the great-souled Mādhava (Kṛṣṇa).” The line conveys a strategic and moral urgency: in the turmoil of war, leaders must act swiftly to locate key allies, for delay can invite public blame and ethical reproach for negligence.
