तथा देवा: सगन्धर्वा: पितरश्ष॒ जनाधिप । सिद्धचारणसंघाश्न समीयुस्ते दिदृक्षया,नरेश्वरर उस समय देवता, गन्धर्व, पितर, सिद्ध, चारण तथा महाभाग महर्षिगण देवराज इन्द्रकों आगे करके उस भीषण मार-काटको देखनेके लिये एक साथ वहाँ आये

tathā devāḥ sagandharvāḥ pitaraś ca janādhipa | siddhacāraṇasaṅghāś ca samīyus te didṛkṣayā ||

Sañjaya said: “So too, O lord of men, the gods along with the Gandharvas, the Pitṛs, and the assembled hosts of Siddhas and Cāraṇas came together there, eager to witness that dreadful slaughter.”
