Shloka 16

अक्षरब्रह्मयोग (Akṣara-Brahma-Yoga) — Knowledge of the Imperishable, Prakṛti, and Devotion

ज्ञानेन तु तदज्ञानं येषां नाशितमात्मन: । तेषामादित्यवज्ज्ञानं प्रकाशयति तत्परम्‌,परंतु जिनका वह अज्ञान परमात्माके तत्त्वज्ञानद्वारा नष्ट कर दिया गया है, उनका वह ज्ञान सूर्यके सदूश उस सच्चिदानन्दघन परमात्माको प्रकाशित कर देता है

jñānena tu tad ajñānaṃ yeṣāṃ nāśitam ātmanaḥ | teṣām ādityavaj jñānaṃ prakāśayati tat param ||

But for those in whom that ignorance has been destroyed by true knowledge, their knowledge shines like the sun and reveals the Supreme Reality. Ethically, the verse frames liberation not as a change in the world outside, but as the removal of inner obscuration: when delusion is dispelled, discernment becomes luminous and one recognizes the highest good beyond confusion and self-centered impulse.
