वेदनार्तशरीरस्य प्रयच्छापो ममार्जुन । त्वं हि शक्तो महेष्वास दातुमापो यथाविधि,“महाथनुर्धर अर्जुन! वेदनासे पीड़ित शरीरवाले मुझ वृद्धको तुम पानी लाकर दो। तुम्हीं विधिपूर्वक मेरे लिये दिव्य जल प्रस्तुत करनेमें समर्थ हो”
vedanārtśarīrasya prayacchāpo mamārjuna | tvaṁ hi śakto maheṣvāsa dātum āpo yathāvidhi ||
Sanjaya said: “O Arjuna, my body is tormented by pain—bring me water. You, mighty archer, are indeed capable of presenting water to me in the proper manner.”
संजय उवाच
