Subhadrā’s Petition to Kṛṣṇa for the Revival of Parīkṣit (अभिमन्युज-प्राणरक्षा-प्रार्थना)

धर्मपुत्रं च भीमं च फाल्गुनं नकुलं तथा । सहदेवं च दुर्धर्ष सर्वान्‌ नस्त्रातुमहसि,“दुर्धर्ष वीर! धर्मपुत्र युधिष्ठिर भीमसेन, अर्जुन, नकुल और सहदेवकी भी रक्षा करो। तुम हम सब लोगोंका इस संकटसे उद्धार करनेयोग्य हो

vaiśampāyana uvāca |

dharmaputraṃ ca bhīmaṃ ca phālgunaṃ nakulaṃ tathā |

sahadevaṃ ca durdharṣa sarvān nas trātum arhasi ||

Vaiśampāyana said: “O unconquerable hero, you ought to protect us all—Dharma’s son Yudhiṣṭhira, Bhīma, Phālguna (Arjuna), Nakula, and Sahadeva as well. You are fit to rescue us from this peril.”
