Adhyāya 51: Kṛṣṇa’s Leave-Taking and Departure for Dvārakā (द्वारकागमनानुमति)
एते विश्वसृजो विप्रा जायन्तीह पुन: पुनः । तेभ्य: प्रसूतास्तेष्वेव महाभूतेषु पडचसु । प्रलीयन्ते यथाकालमूर्मय: सागरे यथा,विश्वकी सृष्टि करनेवाले ये मरीचि आदि ब्राह्मण समुद्रकी लहरोंके समान बारंबार पञ्चमहाभूतोंसे उत्पन्न होते हैं। और उत्पन्न हुए वे फिर समयानुसार उन्हींमें लीन हो जाते हैं
ete viśvasṛjo viprā jāyantīha punaḥ punaḥ | tebhyaḥ prasūtāsteṣveva mahābhūteṣu pañcasu | pralīyante yathākālaṃ ūrmayaḥ sāgare yathā ||
Vāyu said: “These brahmin seers—creators of the worlds—are born here again and again. Born from the five great elements, they in due time dissolve back into those very elements, just as waves arise in the ocean and, in their season, subside into it again.”
