एतेषां पृथगध्यास्ते यो धर्म संशितव्रत: । कालात्‌ पश्यति भूतानां सदैव प्रभवाप्ययौ,जो मनुष्य उत्तम व्रतका आश्रय लेकर उपर्युक्त धर्मोमेंसे किसीका भी दृढ़तापूर्वक पालन करते हैं, वे कालक्रमसे सम्पूर्ण प्राणियोंक जन्म और मरणको सदा ही प्रत्यक्ष देखते हैं

eteṣāṃ pṛthag adhyāste yo dharmaḥ saṃśitavrataḥ | kālāt paśyati bhūtānāṃ sadaiva prabhavāpyayau ||

Vāyu said: “Among these, whichever discipline of dharma a person of sharpened, steadfast vows chooses and firmly abides in, that person, in the course of time, comes to witness directly and continually the arising and passing away—birth and death—of all living beings.”
