ययातेर्वानप्रस्थतपःस्वर्गारोहणम् | Yayāti’s Vānaprastha Austerities and Ascent to Heaven
वहस्व भार्या धर्मेण देवयानीं सुमध्यमाम् | अनया सह सम्प्रीतिमतुलां समवाप्लुहि,तुम सुन्दरी देवयानीको धर्मपूर्वक अपनी पत्नी बनाओ और इसके साथ रहकर अतुल सुख एवं प्रसन्नता प्राप्त करो
vahasva bhāryāṃ dharmeṇa devayānīṃ sumadhyamām | anayā saha samprītim atulāṃ samavāpluhi ||
Śukra said: “Accept Devayānī—slender-waisted and worthy—as your wife in accordance with dharma. Live with her, and through this union attain incomparable joy and mutual contentment.”
